Wedding + Event Support (aka Partial Planning) is specifically designed for couples who have already begun organizing their wedding but would benefit from professional guidance to refine the details and ensure a seamless execution of their vision. This package is ideal for those who have secured some vendors and established the foundation of their plans but require additional expertise to manage the remaining details and logistical aspects of their event.
With this service, we step in right away, no matter where you are in the planning process, to provide tailored support based on your unique needs. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and finalizing vendor contracts, offering expert recommendations for any missing elements, creating a comprehensive and detailed wedding day timeline, and managing communications with vendors to confirm logistics and expectations. Additionally, we are available to troubleshoot any unforeseen challenges that may arise during the final weeks of preparation.
On the day of your wedding, our team takes full responsibility for coordinating all elements of the event, ensuring that each detail is executed flawlessly.
